I don’t want to give you the impression that Penelope is always studious, bookwormish, or nerdy. It certainly is a facet of her personality, but sometimes, this girl is just plain silly.
I have NO idea what inspired the following craziness. There was no music. There was no video. There was no sugar. I cannot explain it, except to say that my girl knows how to bring the crazy.

She’s a crazy toddler with lots of spunk…hmmmm…wonder where she got it?? Just like how Abby is SO loud, wonder where she got it?? :)
