so penelope has a blanky. she love love loves it. it stays in the crib unless she’s sick or we’re travelling. we don’t want a linus on our hands.
a couple nights ago i got her all ready for bed, set her in her room, and left to go grab something real quick. when i came back to cuddle her and put her down… i found a loophole:
oh and in case you’ve never had the pleasure of seeing the stubborn-face.. here you go. please note the set jaw, expression of resolve, firm grip, and squared stance. it says “not gonna let go and you can’t make me. but i love you.”

Having a Linus isn’t all bad you know :-) Let the toddler fun begin :-)
hahaha…how cute is that, even at such a young age. I loved the Linus reference. Anyhow, love all your blog posts and I did read them all. Can’t wait to see you guys in a few weeks here now. We’re working as fast and accurately as we can. hope to post pictures on the blog soon. Glad eating allows you maybe some more protein than last time, though food in general I know isn’t good. Hopefully it’ll be a little better when you’re here. I still want a belly shot and weekly fruit references. I enjoyed them thoroughly last time :)
