these shoes and shorts just about kill me. something about big kid clothes make penelope look SO grown up. good thing those chubby knees and feet are there to remind me.. she’s still a kinda litle : ).
you should’ve seen her trying to walk in the shoes, though. she’s used to soft-soled shoes, which let her little feet grip the ground a bit, and feel it.
it was a lot like watching a dog try to walk while wearing footwear of some sort. i know you know what i mean.

Maybe she’ll start walking before she comes here, or she’ll start walking while she is here. That would be SO much fun!
